Position Overview:
Are you friendly, dependable, and comfortable being the first point of contact for customers? We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to support our insurance office and help create a welcoming, professional experience for everyone who calls or visits.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent one-day-per-week position, with the option to pick up additional afternoon hours during the week. Friday availability from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM is required. Additional Monday-Thursday hours are completely optional.
No insurance experience or licensing is required.

What You'll Do:
  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls
  • Listen to customer needs and direct calls to the appropriate team member
  • Take accurate messages and communicate information to the team
  • Assist with basic front-office and administrative tasks as needed
  • Help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Dependable and punctual with excellent attention to detail

Schedule:
The required schedule for this position is Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Team members may also have the opportunity to work additional hours Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM, depending on their availability. These additional weekday hours are optional and are not required for consideration.
