As a Part-Time Licensed Receptionist at Allstate Insurance Agency, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our office operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist with various administrative tasks, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members

  • Accept and process payments for customers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage and organize office files and documents

Qualifications:
