Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Trinity Elms Health & Rehab, part of Lutheran Services Carolinas, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and perform a variety of clerical tasks
- Answer incoming calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors, assist with their needs, and provide facility directions
- Process mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to residents and staff
- Manage office supplies and handle service requests for office equipment
- Handle additional clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Ability to travel in inclement weather
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to resident privacy and HIPAA guidelines
