Trinity Elms Health & Rehab, part of Lutheran Services Carolinas, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support and perform a variety of clerical tasks
  • Answer incoming calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Greet visitors, assist with their needs, and provide facility directions
  • Process mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to residents and staff
  • Manage office supplies and handle service requests for office equipment
  • Handle additional clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Ability to travel in inclement weather
