Job description

Beacon Health Management located in Tampa Palms has an opportunity for a part-time Receptionist.  

The Receptionist will provide administrative support to the Tampa Office.   Must be technically savvy and experienced in Share Point.

Responsibilities:

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented with ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
