We're looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team in Tampa, FL!
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for Brothers, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for our customers, visitors, vendors, and employees. This role keeps the front office running smoothly, supports day-to-day office operations, and helps create an organized, safe, and welcoming workplace.
The Day to Day:
  • Greets customers, clients, visitors and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Answers phone calls/emails and transfers to appropriate contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manages office supply inventoryand places orders.
  • Sorts/delivers incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepares shipping labels and coordinates shipping packages as needed.
  • Keep kitchens clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Assists with organizing office lunches and events.
  • Helps ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

What You'll Bring to Brothers:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
