Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time PM shift. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors, we would love to hear from you!
Position Details
Position: Receptionist
Employment Type: Part-Time
Shift: PM Shift
Schedule: Days Vary
Hours: 4:30 PM-8:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Location: Tice Valley Post Acute
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Assist visitors with sign-in and facility procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and organized reception area.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling and maintaining calendars as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
  • Assist with other front-office duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Basic computer and office equipment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.
