Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time Opportunity in Burnsville, MN

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to empower these children and their families.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RBT to join our team in Burnsville, MN. As an RBT at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavioral interventions and provide one-on-one support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will help our clients build critical skills, increase independence, and improve overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral interventions and educational programs under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members

  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high-quality care

  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services provided

Requirements:

  • Completed a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and registered with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
