Registered Behavior Technician RBT
Job Summary:
Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As an RBT at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address unique client needs and goals
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, including assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring
Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective treatment delivery and client outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information
Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and ABA methodologies
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a current RBT certification and maintain certification through ongoing education and professional development
Must have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members
Must be able to lift, bend, and move around the home environment to facilitate therapy sessions
