In this role, you’ll be hands-on in helping children with developmental disabilities learn, grow, and reach meaningful milestones through one-on-one ABA therapy.

Pay: $21 - $24 / hour  
*pay is based on experience and certifications
Schedule: Multiple shifts are available based on business needs and candidate availability. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview.

Required Skills
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred) 
  • At least one (1) year of related professional experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
  • RBT certification (preferred, not required- we'll train you!) 
  • Prior experience as a direct support professional is a plus 
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the field of early intervention (preferred)
  • Patience and desire to grow in the field of ABA
  • Solid interpersonal skills required to work as an effective member of an interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to be flexible and respond to varying situations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to serve culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high social economic status areas
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using different technologies and software programs, as well as data collection applications
  • Bilingual is a plus!
