  • Facilitate construction meetings, maintain accurate project records, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Uphold all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including FTA requirements when relevant.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and oversee field construction in active or operational transit environments.
  • Familiarity with public-sector procurement, FTA guidelines, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and construction tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with transit agencies, transportation authorities, or large public infrastructure owners.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Proven success delivering projects in constrained, high-traffic, or operational transit corridors.
