Job description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliableDomestic Violence Group Co-Facilitatorto support our Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP) and Turning Points groups. This role involves co-leading weekly group sessions for men and/or women, documenting participation and progress, and collaborating with probation officers to support participant accountability and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Co-facilitate weekly group sessions using the established curriculum
- Foster a respectful, accountable, and supportive group environment
- Track attendance and participation, and assist in preparing progress reports
- Participate in monthly information-sharing calls with probation officers
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
What We're Looking For:
- Must be18 years or older
- No diploma or prior experience required-just a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
