A well-established, family-owned private practice in Butte, Montana is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Optometrist to join its growing team. For more than 40 years, this practice has been a trusted provider of comprehensive eye care throughout Southwest Montana and continues to experience strong patient demand.

Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced Optometrist, this is an outstanding opportunity to practice full-scope optometry, manage a wide variety of medical eye conditions, and build a long-term career with the potential for future practice ownership.

What You'll Do

Practice full-scope optometry while providing exceptional care for patients of all ages, including:

  • Comprehensive eye examinations
  • Medical and diabetic eye care
  • Emergency eye care
  • Dry eye evaluation and treatment
  • Glaucoma and macular degeneration management
  • Contact lens exams and fittings, including specialty lenses
  • Pre- and post-operative care for LASIK and cataract surgery
  • Co-management of ocular disease
  • Eyeglass prescribing with an on-site optical

You'll enjoy a balanced schedule, typically seeing approximately 17 patients per day, allowing ample time to provide personalized, high-quality care.

Technology & Support

Practice with advanced diagnostic technology, including:

  • Zeiss Cirrus OCT
  • Optos Monaco retinal imaging
  • Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer
  • Zeiss Atlas Corneal Topographer
  • Revolution EHR
  • In-house optical laboratory with same-day eyewear capabilities for select prescriptions

You'll also be supported by an experienced team of technicians and opticians who assist with pre-testing, imaging, and patient flow, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care.

Who We're Looking For
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Montana license or eligibility for licensure
  • New graduates and experienced Optometrists are encouraged to apply
