Now Hiring: Paralegal / Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant (Multiple Openings!)

Looking to bring your legal administrative experience to a professional, team-oriented office? We are currently hiring Paralegals / Legal Secretaries / Legal Assistants for multiple openings in the Middletown area — with both full-time and part-time schedules available.

Whether you have experience in a law firm or strong administrative skills with exposure to legal processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence 
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings 
  • Communicate with clients professionally (phone, email, in-person) 
  • Maintain and organize legal files (paper and electronic) 
  • Assist with court filings (state/federal e-filing a plus) 
  • Support attorneys with case preparation and administrative tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
