Your Purpose as a Part-time Receptionist:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
  • Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
  • Other duties as requested by management.
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
