Such positions usually provide fewer benefits than full-time jobs but offer a good balance between work and personal life. Hours and scheduling can vary depending on the employer's needs.

What are some common challenges faced by employees in a part-time, 16-hours-per-week role?

Employees in part-time roles working 16 hours a week often face challenges like managing their schedules to balance multiple commitments, such as school, another job, or family responsibilities.
