Parts Stocker Description

Our Parts Department receives orders from and ships/delivers automotive parts to customers across the Nation.   Through a careful system of inventory and organization, the Parts Department is able to stock 7 million dollars in Chevrolet, Volkswagen, Subaru, Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge parts in a 40,000 + square foot warehouse.

The ideal Parts Stockperson will assist and communicate with the Wholesale and Counter personnel in maintaining the flow of business both in pulling and shipping automotive parts as well as receiving and stock parts into the department.

The stockperson will ensure that the inventory has been properly stocked in their respective bins for easy location. 

It will be necessary to keep abreast of and comply with all manufacturers, local and federal regulations regarding the handling and shipment of hazardous materials to prepare and package parts for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

It is preferred that the Stock Person has strong organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a team setting is necessary.

Knowledge of the automotive parts or related industry is a plus. 

Our company uses many different technologies and our Parts Stockers are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites and RF scanner guns.

This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
