  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Positive attitude, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with customers and teammates.
  • Experience in automotive, heavy-duty truck, fleet, industrial, or aftermarket parts is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Why Join Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts?
  • Stable, long-term career opportunity supporting municipal and fleet operations.
  • Work directly with customers and make an impact every day.
  • Fast-paced environment that combines customer service, inventory management, and problem-solving.
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the heavy-duty and fleet parts industry.
  • Supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.
  • Competitive compensation and performance incentive opportunities.
Benefits
  • Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) with Health Savings Account options.
  • 401(k) with Company Match.
  • Paid Time Off.
  • Performance Bonus Opportunities.
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and computer use.
  • Occasional stooping, crouching, and material handling.
