Location: Central Florida (Near Orlando)
Salary: DOE (Depends on Experience)

We're looking for a proactive, solution-driven Courier Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you'll help ensure customers receive the right parts, at the right time, with accuracy and exceptional service.
If you enjoy coordinating operations, working with great people, and keeping things running smoothly, you'll be an excellent fit.
What You'll Do
- Route courier drivers to ensure efficient, on-time customer deliveries
- Schedule core/return pickups and all order pickups/returns
- Confirm parts are routed to the correct branch or customer
- Perform PreRoute Recon by verifying invoices with orders in bins (Will Call, COD, delivery addresses, special instructions)
- Coordinate box truck deliveries with the team as needed
- Collaborate with the Transfer Coordinator on customer orders going with transfer drivers
- Resolve route or order-related issues quickly via email or phone
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support daily operations
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of dispatching, courier coordination, routing, or logistics experience
- Strong knowledge of Central Florida roads and delivery areas
- Ability to use routing, GPS tracking, or fleet-management tools
- Clear, confident communication skills
- High attention to detail when verifying orders or delivery information
