Lift Truck Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Wichita Parts Department. This position oversees the team, parts sales, inventory, customer service, and overall department performance.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop Parts Department employees.Manage parts sales, purchasing, inventory, and department expenses.Monitor inventory levels, fill rates, cycle counts, and obsolete inventory.Ensure customers and technicians receive the right parts efficiently.Build strong customer relationships and assist with parts needs.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and department reports.Partner with Service, Sales, Operations, and Accounting.Support training, safety, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking ForExperience in parts, equipment, automotive, industrial, or a related business.Previous leadership or management experience.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with inventory management and business systems.Ability to lead and develop employees.Valid driver's license.Full-time | Monday–Friday | Wichita, KSThis role includes both office and warehouse work, occasional travel, and lifting up to 50 pounds.If you're a hands-on leader who understands parts operations and enjoys developing a team, we'd like to hear from you.Lift Truck Center, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
