Ron Tonkin Honda is seeking a results-driven Parts Manager to oversee all aspects of our parts department. This leadership role is responsible for inventory management, departmental profitability, staff development, vendor relations, and delivering exceptional support to both our service team and retail customers.

The ideal candidate will have proven Parts Manager experience within an import automotive dealership environment and a strong understanding of dealership operations, inventory controls, manufacturer programs, and customer service excellence.

Parts Manager Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager

  • Proven track record of achieving department sales and profitability goals
  • Experience managing and developing employees
