ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will:

  • SUPERVISE THE DAILY FUNCTIONS OF PARTS DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL providing training, coaching, and feedback on performance.
  • MANAGE PARTS INVENTORY ensuring maximum profitability and superior internal and external support
  • PERFORM PARTS SALES AND FULLFILMENT FUNCTIONS providing excellent customer service and promoting related items that customers may need.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS within the company to ensure that we are operating as a cohesive unit.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of parts/warehouse management experience
  • Significant sales, operations and/or technical experience
  • Working knowledge of parts and service operations
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Team building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

This position is deemed a safety-sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.

This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to numerous customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures.

This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion.

Position requires driving vehicle to and from assigned locations and customer locations. The normal auto hazards will apply.
