Job description

Seeking a detail oriented forklift service advisor/parts specialist to manage our industrial equipment service desk and parts inventory.  You will act as the primary liason between material handling customers and field technicians, ensuring rapid equipment uptime and precise parts sourcing for diverse forklift makes and models.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Intake & Dispatch- Field incoming service requests, diagnose operational symptoms over the phone, and dispatch field technicians efficiently

-Industrial Sourcing- Identify and order parts using specialized OEM catalogs

-PM Tracking- Oversee planned maintenance schedules for fleet accounts and proactively schedule routine servicing 

-Quoting & Billing- Build accurate quotes for mast assemblies, hydraulic, overhauls, battery replacements and tires ensuring healthy shop margins.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experience- Minimum 2 years in material handling, heavy equipment, or agricultural parts & service

-Technically Savvy- Deep understanding of industrial hydraulics, 36V, 48V, 80V electrical systems and mast configurations.

-Logistics Skills- Proficiency with fleet management software and regional distribution hubs
