Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Parts Department in Retail Counter sales and Service Department support. This role will be responsible for managing and completing parts estimates and orders quickly and accurately. Communicate with service advisor and technician on Repair orders. Retail counter parts and Accessories sales. The role is part time with potential for full time.

Key Responsibilities:


Supporting the Service Department on accurate parts and Estimates.

Organize and store parts in the appropriate locations within the department.

Prepare and package parts for Service Technicians.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.

Coordinate with the Parts Manager to manage inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.


 Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an automotive parts department. (preferred)

Familiarity with automotive parts and accessories.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.

Proficiency with computers and inventory management software.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
