Job Type: Full-Time - Location: Frierson, Louisiana
CNC Oilfield Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts amp; Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, purchasing, and parts operations that support our fleet, equipment, and shop maintenance teams. This role plays a critical part in minimizing equipment downtime by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
What You'll Do
Inventory Management
โ€ข Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits
โ€ข Monitor inventory levels and establish min/max stock levels
โ€ข Track inventory usage, shortages, and replenishment needs
โ€ข Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
โ€ข Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve inventory efficiency
Purchasing amp; Procurement
โ€ข Source and purchase parts, supplies, and consumables
โ€ข Obtain vendor quotes and compare pricing
โ€ข Create and manage purchase orders
โ€ข Track open orders and expedite critical parts when necessary
โ€ข Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Receiving amp; Distribution
