Work Location & Shifts: 1124 Bennett Clark Road Nacogdoches, TX/DAY SHIFT Pay: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $19.40-$22.80 + benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to Nacogdoches and may not be applicable to other locations.

What Your Day In This Role Might Involve At OC-NACOGDOCHES:

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy, availability, and organization of maintenance spare parts, tools, and supplies to support safe and efficient plant operations. This role ensures that critical maintenance materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and replenished, minimizing equipment downtime and supporting preventative and corrective maintenance activities. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining parts inventory-in/out, data input, parts/tools management, E-Maintenance Utilization, fixed assets inventory and grounds/lawn maintenance just to name a few. This position applies their skills in various venues to achieve success.

What Makes A Successful OC NACOGDOCHES Team Member Must Haves Include…

Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen and be at least 18 Years Old Experience with: Work safely and follow all plant rules Show initiative, be a self-starter Communicate in a clear and effective manner Ability to multi-task Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have flexibility Read a tape measure and do basic math

Would Be Terrific If You Also Had… HS Diploma or GED preferred Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting Excellent attendance record Good housekeeping Commitment to your team members, self-motivation, and accountability Good hand eye coordination and be mechanically adaptable Forklift Experience Sweeper Experience Familiarity with UPS/FED EX Familiarity with creating internal requisitions for parts to send out for repair 5S Practices Plant Supply Management Familiarity with TPM Functionality of a parts/inventory room

There Are Some Essential Physical Requirements Specific To Our Work Environment, Including Being Able To: Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 40-pounds) Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels Handle production materials and finished goods.
