Job Summary:
The Parts Shipping & Receiving/Warehouse Associate has the opportunity to interact with thousands of Clients, focusing on building loyalty by developing trust and confidence in Hanania Automotive Group and the dealerships as a caregiver for customer vehicle safety and reliability. This role requires passion for taking care of the client, creating, and helping maintain a positive experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Controls receipt of inventory
  • Identifies and reports all overages and shortages
  • Stocks parts and accessories in correct bin locations
  • Notifies appropriate personnel of receipt of all special orders
  • Performs inventory test counts as directed by management
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards
  • Loads and unloads parts and equipment to and from truck
  • Delivers parts and equipment to customers, vendors, and other locations as required by the dealership
  • Picks up parts and equipment from customers, vendors, and other locations as required by the dealership

Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Professional appearance
  • Experience in a dealership or similar environment
  • Keeps current on new products and product updates
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner, reporting safety issues immediately
  • Reliability/Attendance is consistent
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in parts delivery or similar role
  • Participation in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events is a plus

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
  • Prolonged periods of walking on a level surface throughout the dealership
