As a Supply Associate, you play a key role in supporting our service operations by ensuring technicians have the correct parts when they need them. You will manage inventory accuracy, process incoming shipments, and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and provide the correct parts for customer vehicles
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments into inventory
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stocking levels
  • Control supplies to minimize waste and improve efficiency
  • Allocate parts using CarMax internal systems for smooth workflow
  • Return incorrect or defective parts to vendors promptly
  • Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
