Parts Delivery Driver - Lake City, FL

Nextran Truck Centers is hiring!
As a Parts Delivery Driver, you are a valued member of our team. A Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering parts to customers on a daily basis.
Job duties include:
  • Pulls parts orders in warehouse for delivery.
  • Delivers parts to customers and ensure accuracy by matching parts to invoice.
  • Completes documentation necessary for the delivery and payment of goods.
  • Stocks items in warehouse, as needed.
  • Assists in other warehouse duties, as assigned.

Preferred Candidates have the following:
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • DOT physical and resulting Medical Examiner's Certificate required
  • Must pass a driving test
  • Effective communication skills for relationship building with customers
  • Basic math, reading, and ability to follow directions
  • High School Education or GED preferred

Work Environment:
Parts Delivery Drivers spend most of the day in a delivery vehicle (truck, van, transit, etc.) driving to each customer's location. Frequent lifting of 50lbs - 150lbs, and will be expected to carry and push heavy items.
