We are in need for a Full Time Parts Counter person at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter person will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities

  • Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock
  • Follows up on back-ordered parts
  • Replenishes assigned inventory daily
  • Drive/Deliver parts as needed 
  • Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order
  • Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Chevrolet dealership experience preferred!
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
