Reefer Peterbilt is a second-generation family-owned heavy-duty truck dealership looking for a Full-Time Parts Counter Sales Associate in Auburn Hills, MI. This individual must be customer-oriented, highly organized, motivated, and a team player. No prior experience is required; however, it is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts to retail and wholesale customers over the counter through the service department and on the telephone.
  • Identify parts by utilizing electronic, internet-based parts catalogs
  • Identify parts availability, locate and pull the parts as needed, and submit and track orders for parts not in stock to fill orders in the most efficient and accurate way
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products sold
  • Contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • General computer knowledge
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and grow with the company


Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, background, and MVR check
  • Unrestricted ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, squat, lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
