Job description


Mid-West Meidl Collision Centreis looking for a Parts Associate to join our team! Mid-West Meidl is a part of the locally owned and operated RM Auto Group in Saskatchewan. We service all makes and models and specialize in repairs for RM Auto Group customers, including Meidl Honda, Mainway Mazda, Oakwood Nissan, Infiniti Saskatoon, Carlton Honda, and Prince Albert Toyota. Mid-West Meidl is certified Collision Care, multi-OEM approved, I-CAR Gold Class Standard and SGI accredited. We take great pride in our team and in the quality of their repair work for both import and domestic vehicles.

The Parts Associate is a key member of the team, ensuring that the right parts are available when needed. We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team and help keep our repair process running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ordering, receiving, organizing and managing parts for collision repairs.
  • Work closely with our trusted vendors, estimators and technicians to ensure the right parts are available.
  • Return incorrect, damaged, or unused parts and process credits.
  • Other duties to ensure our body shop processes are running smoothly.
  • Maintain inventory records to support an efficient shop operation.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move parts safely and efficiently.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and parts management software. Experience with Body Shop Connect is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in automotive parts, collision repair or dealership parts is preferred.
  • Must be a team player and work well in a busy environment.
  • Availability to work 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
