Job description

RideNow Powersports Phoenix is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts Counter Associate! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
  • Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
  • Look up records and enter customer information.
  • Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Receive and account for all incoming parts.
  • Provide cost of parts for customers.
  • Make sure all displays are organized.
  • Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired.
  • Retail sales experience required.
  • Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
  • Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
  • Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to desire to learn about our products and parts
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
  • Ability to work a full time schedule including Saturdays
