What is the position?
The Coordinator - Partnership Marketing supports the planning and execution of Hard Rock Bet's partnerships across the sports and entertainment industry including professional sports teams, leagues, and major events. This role also provides project management and operational support that touches the full Partnership Marketing team, helping keep timelines, documentation, and cross-team workstreams organized and on track. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, has a passion for sports and entertainment, and wants to learn the ins and outs of partnership marketing from one of the most exciting brands in the gaming space.
What You'll Do
  • Support the execution of partnership activations, promotions and in-venue experiences across key partners
  • Track and manage partnership assets, including signage, digital placements, content and hospitality programs
  • Assist with on-site activations support for games, events and experiential programs
  • Manage creative request submissions, moving briefs and asset requests between internal teams and external partners through to delivery
  • Handle terms & conditions (T&C) submissions for partnership promotions
  • Keep Monday boards updated across partners and workstreams, maintaining accurate timelines, deadlines, and statuses for the full team
  • Provide integrated marketing support by aligning partnership activations and promotions with the broader integrated marketing calendar and channel teams, and executing the associated deliverables
  • Serve as the partnership liaison to the loyalty team, coordinating offers, mechanics, and timing for partner activations
  • Provide storage unit and inventory support, helping manage swag, activation kits, and materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as Creative, Brand, CRM, Promotions, Omni-Channel, Media, VIP, Social, Influencer, and Legal) to ensure flawless execution of partnership campaigns
  • Coordinate asset requests, partner approvals, and creative submissions between internal teams and external partners
  • Support the reporting process by gathering metrics, photos and recap materials from activations and campaigns
  • Help track KPIs such as asset utilization, user acquisition, engagement metrics, and promotion performance
  • Organize and maintain internal documentation for partnership recaps and best practices
  • Partner closely with Hard Rock Digital's agency teams to ensure project details are organized, accurate, and aligned with strategy
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for partnerships activations, content ideas, and fan engagement concepts
  • Provide general administrative support for the Partnership Marketing Team

  • 1-3 years of marketing, partnerships, or sports sponsorship experience (brand, team, league, agency or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with project and deadline management across multiple concurrent priorities
  • Passion for developing and executing on-site marketing activations, live event experiences and fan engagement moments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working in collaborative, cross-functional settings
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, etc.)
  • Passion for sports, sports betting, entertainment, and culture
