We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, building relationships, and making a real impact on the customer experience. You'll support ARDEX retail and distribution customers across the United States, Canada, and Latin America while working closely with ARDEX sales teams throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Take ownership of customer needs and work proactively to deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure customers receive a high level of support throughout every interaction
  • Support Order Management & Customer Transactions
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with order changes, invoicing, and invoice adjustments
  • Coordinate order-related activities to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and customer information within company systems
  • Support customers with questions regarding products, orders, and shipments
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other departments
  • Obtain freight rates for special shipments and transportation needs
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to support customer requirements
  • Process freight damage claims and related documentation
  • Assist with shipping and transportation inquiries
  • Support export and customs compliance activities when applicable
