Job description

Dripping Springs Pet Hospital Seeking Associate Veterinarian | Okmulgee, Oklahoma
Looking for a practice where your voice matters, your schedule is respected, and you have the opportunity to help shape the future?
We're an established, privately owned, one-doctor small animal practice in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our close-knit team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine in a collaborative, low-drama environment while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.
Unlike many corporate practices, we're owner-led, relationship-focused, and committed to giving our doctors the autonomy and support they need to thrive. You'll have the freedom to practice medicine your way while working alongside an experienced team that genuinely enjoys coming to work each day.
What We Offer
  • Modified ProSal compensation (no negative accrual) commensurate based on full time vs. part time status and experience
  • Flexible scheduling options
    • Three- or four-day work week available
    • Occasional Saturdays
    • Excellent work-life balance
    • Open to part time or full time candidates
  • Established, loyal client base
  • Supportive, experienced support staff
  • Modern equipment and resources to practice quality medicine
  • Opportunity to build long-term client relationships
  • Future partnership or ownership opportunities for the right candidate

Benefits
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
  • Paid Time Off
  • Continuing Education allowance
  • Paid Continuing Education days
  • DEA license reimbursement
  • Professional dues
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Uniform allowance
  • Health insurance
  • Retirement plan
  • Potential for practice ownership or partnership available

We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Is confident with routine surgery
  • Communicates effectively with clients and team members
  • Enjoys collaborating with technicians and support staff
  • Wants to be part of a positive, team-first culture

Why This Opportunity?
This isn't just another associate position; it's an opportunity to become part of a successful practice with an owner who values mentorship, collaboration, and building lasting relationships-with clients and employees alike. For someone interested in a long-term home, there's also the potential for future partnership or ownership.
If you're looking for a practice where you'll be appreciated, supported, and able to enjoy life outside of work, we'd love to meet you. Please attach your resume and cover letter and we will be in touch!
