Position Summary/Objective:ย 

The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with business leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives and contribute to attracting and hiring talent who embody the Riverside Success Model.

This role goes beyond transactional recruiting and focuses on developing strong partnerships with hiring teams, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and proactively building talent pipelines aligned with business goals.

The Talent Partner acts as a brand ambassador for Riverside, championing the company's brands, values and purpose to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and uphold Riverside's core values
  • Partner with teams and hiring managers across the business to drive impactful recruitment initiatives and cultivate a collaborative approach to recruitment.
  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment and day to day recruitment operations for your client groups, which include follow up with both Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure timely resolution of the process
  • Manage relationships with external partners (i.e.: Job Boards, Post-Secondary institutions, 3rd party recruiters etc.)
  • Lead intake discussions, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
  • Serve as a "super user" for the Applicant Tracking System - Greenhouse, providing user support to all internal users regarding use of features, functions and recruitment processes
  • Manage the corporate Internal Referral Program and arrange for timely rewards for referees
  • Prepare, organize and participate in job fairs as well as partner with universities and colleges to promote the company as an employer of choice
  • Ensure a strong, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and projects
  • Use Gen AI to boost productivity and drive innovation
  • Partner with People & Values and business leaders to ensure offers are aligned with compensation frameworks, internal equity, and company policies
  • Perform any other special projects for the People and Values department as assigned

Education & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles
  • Strong experience with sourcing and pipeline development
  • Experience using a modern ATS (ADP or similar)
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources Management
  • Proven Talent Acquisition experience within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
  • CHRP designation (or working towards) is an asset
