Observation Partners sit with and/or accompany patients continuously to assure safety and wellbeing of the patient.

Department: Patient Intake

Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week

Pay: Based on experience, starting at $16.54

Responsibilities

Assist patients with ambulation needs which with may require the use of a gait belt., Assist patients with meals/feeding needs., Committed to work availability of 48 hours per month, 12 hours of which is on Saturday or Sunday., Documents basic patient observations., Notifies appropriate patient care provider of the need for patient assistance., Performs walking rounds continuously to assure safety and well-being of patients., Sits with and/or accompanies patient continuously to assure safety and well-being.
