Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of four open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
- Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
- Apply knowledge of pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services to provide expert guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong interest in real estate and property markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with real estate software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain real estate license and complete required training
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
