There is expense budget to use when the team travels to the client in DC.

Travel to the client site is fluid/flexible.

It's typically a few days / once a month

The main function of a Program Manager is to function as a key member of the program management team to develop world-class project execution across multiple projects and project managers in an IT setting.

Credit Risk Transformation background would be ideal. (Loss Sharing, Pre-Review, Fraud, Risk Appetite, Lender Capital / Rights & Remedies, Loan Surveillance, Credit Facilities, Valuation)

Required Skills / Experience

8-10 years of experience within IT program management

Utilizes project resources to affect new process, project and product adoption

Ensures the effective day-to-day operations of the project management organization,

Establishes metrics, and measures project and process effectiveness and improving required processes

Drives consensus among strongly opinioned SME teams

Ensures that business capability requirements are effectively addressed post implementation of large scale implementations

Ensures effective collaboration amongst members of the project team

Changes the thinking of, or gains acceptance from, others in sensitive situations

Proven program management experience

Developed people management and team building skills

Proven ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities

Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization

Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to various products and business functions.

Must have excellent skills in Outlook, MS Office Suites, SharePoint, and Excel.
