Mastercard Services is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Vice President, Global Partner Marketing to lead the evolution of Partner Marketing into a scalable growth engine that accelerates partner revenue across our B2B portfolio.
The Vice President, Global Partner Marketing will own the global partner marketing strategy, inter-operability with the Global Services B2B integrated marketing team, partner lifecycle, and co-marketing investments with strategic partnerships, supporting regional activation, partner communications, and performance measurement for our newly launched Mastercard Partner Advantage Program. The role will partner closely with Channel Partnerships, Sales, Product, Enablement, Finance, and our broader MarCom leaders and teams across regions to drive partner recruitment, activation, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has successfully not only helped build but as proven success scaling a world-class channel and partner marketing function in both high-growth technology businesses and large global enterprises, creating repeatable go-to-market motions that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
Role: Partner Growth Strategy & Commercial Leadership
Develop and lead the global partner marketing strategy aligned to Services growth objectives and channel revenue targets.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through integrated partner marketing programs, co-marketing investments, enablement initiatives, and demand generation activities.
Build scalable partner growth frameworks across recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.
Partner with teammates on the Integrated B2B Global Services Marketing team, Channel Partnerships and Sales leadership to accelerate partner productivity, co-sell effectiveness, and revenue contribution.
Establish investment strategies that balance growth, scale, partner experience, and commercial return.
Partner Program & Lifecycle Leadership
Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Mastercard Partner Advantage Program across partner types, tiers, and specializations.
Create best-in-class onboarding, engagement, certification, enablement, and partner communications programs that improve activation and long-term partner success.
Own partner-facing marketing experiences including communications, campaigns, webinars, summits, awards, advisory councils, and community engagement programs.
Build repeatable campaigns-in-a-box, toolkits, playbooks, and lifecycle programs that can scale globally while supporting regional market needs.
Global & Regional Marketing Execution
Lead a global partner marketing organization operating through a with strong alignment between global strategy and regional activation.
Establish consistent planning, prioritization, governance, and execution processes across regions.
Develop scalable approaches to partner recruitment, onboarding, co-marketing, account-based marketing, events, digital campaigns, and demand generation.
Ensure global consistency while enabling regional flexibility and market-specific execution.
Partner Investment & Program Governance
Oversee partner marketing investments including co-marketing funds, demand generation programs, and partner activation initiatives.
Establish governance, measurement, and ROI frameworks for marketing investments and partner growth programs.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Systems teams to simplify program execution and improve scalability.
Drive continuous improvement of partner-facing systems, tools, workflows, and digital experiences.
Measurement, Analytics & Optimization
Establish a comprehensive partner marketing measurement framework linking investments to pipeline, revenue, engagement, activation, adoption, and retention outcomes.
Define and monitor partner marketing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Leverage insights and analytics to improve partner segmentation, resource allocation, investment decisions, and program performance.
Create a culture of accountability rooted in business impact and measurable outcomes.

All About You
15+ years of B2B marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing experience.
Proven experience building and scaling partner or channel marketing organizations that drive measurable revenue growth.
Demonstrated success developing partner programs, partner lifecycle strategies, co-marketing motions, demand generation programs, and partner enablement initiatives.
Experience managing global teams and leading through highly matrixed organizations.
Strong understanding of channel, reseller, referral, technology partner, alliance, ecosystem, and co-sell business models.
Deep expertise in pipeline generation, revenue attribution, investment management, performance measurement, and ROI analysis.
Strong executive presence, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Experience leading channel or partner marketing in both:
oHigh-growth startup or scale-up environments where programs, processes, and capabilities were built from the ground up.
oLarge global enterprises where programs were scaled across multiple geographies, business units, and partner ecosystems.
Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, payments, data, analytics, AI, cloud, consulting, or enterprise technology businesses.
Experience with partner ecosystem platforms, PRM systems, Salesforce, account mapping solutions, partner portals, MDF/CMF programs, and digital partner engagement models.
