Responsibilities
  • Architect a long-term vision for the partner marketing function at Pinterest
  • Lead key partner marketing workstreams, including events and content marketing campaigns
  • Create a culture that emphasizes constructive feedback and ongoing development
  • Build tracking mechanisms for accountability and remove obstacles for high-quality results
  • Project and plan for resourcing needs and recruit to meet strategic goals
  • Collaborate and influence senior-level cross-functional partners on complex business challenges
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate the development of partner marketing assets
  • Utilize AI-assisted analytics to surface insights on partner marketing performance
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in business marketing, with at least 7 years in partner marketing leadership role
  • Proven experience building program functions, growing teams and creating strategy through ambiguity
  • Demonstrates mastery in influencing others' actions and decisions
  • Mature decision-making process through gathering and circulating data and weighing alternatives
  • Navigates uncertain situations and provides direction to minimize delay and help others adapt
  • Sponsors and mentors individuals from diverse backgrounds to create a culture of inclusion
  • Demonstrated comfort and curiosity working with AI tools to improve team output and workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
