The Implementation Support Lead will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all new Bank and Broker Dealer implementations and onboarding across all interSYNC verticals. This individual will be charged with coordinating efforts across groups to ensure the accounts are opened expeditiously.

What you will do
  • Facilitate client contract execution - coordinate effort between business / legal / client.
  • Submit new relationship requirements through approval protocols.
  • Complete account opening documentation / due diligence required for new account establishment.
  • Liaison between Bank and Broker Dealer to ensure accurate and timely completion of account opening.
  • Open client depository accounts within interSYNC system. This includes account titling, rate and balance inputs, and reporting setup.
  • Partner with interSYNC technology to ensure client is set up as per operational requirements.
  • Coordinate files between client / interSYNC / Webster Bank / other external parties where needed.
  • Lead efforts in establishing E-Treasury account across Webster verticals.
  • Confirm SLA deadlines and ensure completion within agreed upon timeframe.
  • Train client in system functionality, including timing, reporting, and maintenance processes.
  • Perform successful handoff to Operations and Relationship Management team after account has been opened.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for business requirements, operating procedures and implementation artifacts for audit.
Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in project management.
  • Understanding of cash management space including operational best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and record keeping skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Confident at working independently, with ability to self-start with minimal supervision.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required
  • Experience Qualifications 8-9 years
  • Years of business experience and product knowledge required 8-9 years
  • Years of relatable client facing experience required

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
