Location: Dallas, TX or Memphis, TN (Hybrid / Travel Required)
Reports To: Chief Growth Officer
Experience Level: 7-15 Years

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner - Healthcare to drive strategic account growth and long-term revenue expansion across enterprise healthcare clients. This role is designed for a consultative sales leader with a strong "farmer" mindset-focused on deepening relationships, expanding solution footprints, and maximizing lifetime account value.
The Client Partner will serve as the primary executive relationship owner, aligning business outcomes with digital, engineering, analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions. This role requires strong healthcare domain expertise, executive presence, and a proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Growth
  • Own and drive revenue growth across assigned healthcare enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute multi-year account expansion strategies
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across digital, analytics, engineering, and AI/ML services
  • Expand Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and contractual relationships
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives including:
    • CIOs, CTOs, CMIOs
    • Clinical leadership
    • Business operations leaders
  • Lead executive-level conversations focused on digital transformation and operational improvement
  • Serve as the escalation point and executive sponsor for account health
Solution Expansion & Delivery Alignment
  • Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and solution teams to ensure client outcomes are met
  • Translate client needs into scalable, customized service offerings
  • Ensure seamless alignment between sales commitments and delivery execution
Account Strategy & Forecasting
  • Own account-level forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue projections
  • Develop quarterly and annual growth plans
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively manage risk
Required Qualifications
  • 7-15 years of experience in enterprise healthcare account management or consultative sales
  • Strong background in healthcare technology services or digital transformation solutions
  • Demonstrated success in:
    • Growing enterprise healthcare accounts
    • Expanding MSAs and multi-service engagements
    • Deep understanding of:
      • Healthcare operations
      • Clinical systems and workflows
      • Revenue cycle, payer/provider ecosystems
  • Proven executive communication and negotiation skills
