About the Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale our partner enablement function. This role will own the strategy and execution of training, certification, and activation programs that make Netomi a "go-to" solution across our partner ecosystem.

Reporting to the VP, Alliances, Partners & Channels, you will work to ensure our partners teams are trained, incentivized, and excited to position and deliver Netomi solutions. This role is critical to scaling Netomi's partner ecosystem-ensuring our partners are not just trained, but activated, aligned, and driving meaningful revenue and customer impact.

Responsibilities:
Partner Enablement & Certification
  • Design and orchestrate end-to-end training and certification programs for partners

  • Deliver engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs

  • Build scalable curricula that drive partner proficiency in Netomi's CX and AI platform

  • Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance gaps

Partner Activation & Engagement
  • Drive awareness and adoption within top-tier partners

  • Ensure Netomi is top-of-mind and embedded ("sticky") within partner teams

  • Facilitate pilot programs and support early-stage deployments with partners

  • Act as a key connector between partners and internal teams

Economic Value & Incentives
  • Clearly communicate the economic value and ROI of Netomi solutions to partners

  • Help structure and promote certifications, incentives, and growth pathways

  • Support partner-led opportunities across strategic accountsย 

Program Operations & Execution
  • Own program operations including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and certification progress

  • Navigate complex organizations and internal stakeholders to drive execution

  • Identify enablement gaps and proactively implement solutions

  • Work through ambiguity and remove friction to keep programs moving forward

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting

  • Proven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs

  • Experience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferred

  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
