About the Role:
You will lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of high-impact marketing experiences, content, products, services, and solutions that drive engagement, revenue, and customer value across global audiences. You will partner with stakeholders to develop audience-centric marketing strategies and oversee end-to-end campaign execution across owned, earned, and shared channels, ensuring programs deliver against business objectives and performance targets.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Experience Delivery. You will use a hybrid work schedule and be local to Durham, NC for in-office days.
You Will:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, translating business goals into measurable marketing plans that drive audience engagement, registrations, revenue, and member value.
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify audience needs, define strategic marketing priorities, and ensure marketing programs align with organizational objectives and growth targets.
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across channels, including development of strategic marketing briefs that define target audiences, value propositions, SMART goals, KPIs, timelines, deliverables, and expected business outcomes.
  • Leverage audience insights, segmentation, journey planning, and campaign performance data to optimize the member experience, improve conversion and retention, and maximize return on marketing investment.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field.
  • Experience creating services, solutions, and stories that provide meaningful experiences to users through user-centric design.
  • Experience developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms/ channels
