Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in channel and field marketing to drive growth across the Americas for Versa Networks. This role is focused on maximizing channel-led opportunities within the Versa ACE partner ecosystem by planning and executing end-to-end regional marketing programs, leading partner acquisition and outreach, and driving joint initiatives with VARs, MSPs, Service Providers, Distributors and TSDs.

The ideal candidate will build strong partner mindshare through innovative promotions, contests, and gamification, while developing scalable channel marketing processes and managing the Americas budget. Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), campaign creation, and landing page development is essential, along with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance and ROI. This individual will support partner enablement through the Versa partner portal, sales tools, and monthly webinars, while collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen channel engagement and help build a high-impact channel marketing function at Versa Networks.

Responsibilities
  • Maximizing channel-led opportunities through Versa Networks ACE channel ecosystem across the Americas
    • Initiating, planning, and overseeing (A-Z) regional marketing activities.
    • Channel Acquisition and outreach experience.
    • Joint activities with key partners, including VARs, MSPs, SP's and TSD’s.
    • Winning partner mindshare through promotions, contests, and other gamification-based practices.
  • Familiarity with SFDC and campaign creation.
  • Knowledge and proficient in creating landing pages for events and campaigns.
    • Build new and improve existing processes and practices around channel marketing.
    • Managing the Americas Channel Marketing budget.
    • Measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing investments/activities.
    • Developing cross-organizational tools, campaigns, and programs to increase partner acquisition, improve partner enablement, and drive partner engagement.
    • Support partners on Versa partner portal and maximize engagement with Versa sales tools.
  • Manage monthly enablement webinars via Team’s
    • Support Versa channel team with marketing-related initiatives.
    • Set the foundations to building and developing the channel marketing team for the Americas.
  • Proficient in creating landing pages for events and campaigns.
    • Build new and improve existing processes and practices around channel marketing.
    • Managing the Americas Channel Marketing budget.
    • Measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing investments/activities.
    • Developing cross-organizational tools, campaigns, and programs to increase partner acquisition, improve partner enablement, and drive partner engagement.

Qualifications
  • B.A or equivalent university degree (MBA advantage)
  • +5 years of experience in channel marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing & campaign creation
  • Experience in initiating and driving (A-Z) marketing activities with clear goals/KPIs
  • SFDC experience required

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range of $120,000 to $160,000. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
