Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Are you ready to make a real impact where it counts? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our manufacturing plant in Cartersville, GA. In this highly visible role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to plant leadership and a key driver of employee relations, engagement, retention, performance management, and ensuring effective support and alignment with organizational goals.

Our HRBP is a critical hands-on role that partners closely with plant leadership and employes to drive HR initiatives, support business objectives, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. As a strategic advisor and employee advocate, the HRBP will play a key role in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, employment law compliance and HR special projects.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Champion employee engagement, drive a positive culture, and promote collaboration and team spirit.
  • Delivery high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business units, while taking ownership of the HR data and service information to the business units.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with respective department Managers to provide HR guidance
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and management workshops for new department Managers
  • Support in resolving complex employee relation issues
  • Monitor performance management process and keep Managers accountable in conducting quarterly performance & talent meetings
  • Assist in the management of execution of bonus plans, merit processes and routine/ special request reports
  • Assist international employee with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
  • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with salary structure maintenance, market research, and compensation reviews.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years HR generalist experience
  • Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
  • Experience using HRIS applications (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
