Our premier Pleasanton venues, Casa Real and The Palm, are seeking charismatic, banquet servers to help bring weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events to life. Our team plays a key role in creating seamless, elevated guest experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Provide polished, attentive service throughout weddings and events
  • Serve pre-set meals and beverages (no order-taking required)
  • Carry trays of food, glassware, and dishes with confidence (training provided)
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are event-ready
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism and care
  • Work collaboratively with a large team to execute seamless events

What We're Looking For

  • Previous banquet or serving experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable with being frequently on their feet, walking, or standing
  • Able to quickly learn our menu items and meal service standards
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable lifting 40-50 lbs
  • Must be able to work weekends and nights

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-time, event-based scheduling
  • Shifts typically 68 hours, starting in the early afternoon
  • Events are primarily FridaySunday, with occasional weekday shifts
  • Schedules released monthly to support work-life balance
  • Minimum availability of 6 days per month, including weekends

Pay Range

  • $17-$25 DOE
