Service Site Location(s): St. John's Academy
Home of the Zion Scholars
Schedule: Monday - Friday - Full Time Daytime Hours (occasional evening / weekend hours)
AmeriCorps Responsibilities: (in addition to host site service)
  • Plan and implement service-learning projects for students at host sites or in communities
  • Attend monthly member meetings
  • Complete virtual training to amplify service abilities
  • Participate in National Service Days and planned events
  • Create a service portfolio and track and report service outcomes
  • Serve as an ambassador in your neighborhood and community
  • Participate in a virtual pre-service training prior to serving at assigned host site

Monthly Living Allowance:
450 Hour Term - $360.00 per living allowance/$720 gross monthly (37 weeks)
300 Hour Term - $250.74 per living allowance/$501.48 gross monthly (37 weeks)
Education Award:
450 Hour Term - $1,956.35
300 Hour Term - $1,565.08
